Grade selection note

API 5CT grade names should not be substituted by yield strength alone. Chemistry, delivery condition, impact requirements, hardness, sour-service limits and project specification must be checked before replacement.

Connection note

Casing and tubing quotations must state thread form, coupling type, length range, thread compound, protector colour or type, drift requirement and whether premium connection approval is needed.
