Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers usually confirm before order

What is the difference between cold rolled coil and hot rolled coil?

Cold rolled coil is processed after hot rolling to improve thickness accuracy, surface finish and formability. It is usually chosen for cleaner appearance and precision forming.

Is DC01 the same as SPCC?

No. DC01 is an EN 10130 grade reference, while SPCC belongs to the JIS G3141 system. They may serve similar commercial forming markets, but the ordered standard must be confirmed.

Can cold rolled coil be supplied slit or cut to sheet?

Yes. Slit coil and cut-to-length sheet can be arranged when width, length, tolerance, burr requirement, bundle weight and packing are confirmed.

What should be confirmed for exposed appliance parts?

Confirm grade, temper, surface finish, oiling, flatness, scratch tolerance, protective packing and inspection level before quotation.
